1 Health, Social Care and Sport Committee: forward work programme and early business

1.1 The Committee agreed the initial work programme for the autumn term subject to giving further consideration to the inquiry into hospital services reconfigurtaion.

2 Motion under Standing Orders 17.42(vi) and (ix) to resolve to exclude the public from the remainder of this meeting

2.1 The Committee agreed the motion.

3 Legislative Consent Memorandum: Policing and Crime Bill: consideration of LCM

3.1 The Committee considered the Legislative Consent Memorandum and agreed to write to the Cabinet Secretary for Health, Well-being and Sport.

4 Health, Social Care and Sport Committee: further discussion of the forward work programme and early business

4.1 The Committee agreed to a number of potential future inquiries for the longterm and agreed to set time aside early in the autumn term to consider these further.
